In tutor time on Tuesday we will be going through the final arrangements for Rewards Day on Thursday 21st June.
Unless told directly otherwise your child has been successful in getting a place on the trip of their choice. The details for each trip are as follows:
Thorpe Park – meet at 8.30 in the main hall, return 6.00. Money for lunch (or a packed lunch) needed.
Paultons Park – meet at 8.45 in the Sports Hall, return at 4.00. Money for lunch (or a packed lunch) needed.
Splashdown – meet at 8.30 in the West Quad, return at 3.00. Money for lunch (or a packed lunch), swimming costume, towel, googles (if required) and £1 for a refundable locker needed.
Red Spider – meet at 9.15 in room 123, return at 2.00. Money for lunch (or a packed lunch), sportswear that allows freedom of movement that you don’t mind getting dusty/chalky needed. Climbing shoes will be provided.
Pupils do not need to wear school uniform for these trips but should dress sensibly for the weather conditions.
The following events are taking place in school – pupils need school uniform for these events which will take place between 8.45 and 3.00. Normal break and tutor time arrangements will apply:
Gaming Day – meet at 8.45 in room 152.
Cookery Day – meet at 8.45 in room 121. Please bring in a strong bag (eg a reusable Tesco bag) so you can easily carry your cooked items home in.
Portrait Day – meet at 8.45 in room 128. If you wish to bring your own acrylics you can – otherwise water colours and block paints will be provided.
Board Games Day – meet at 8.45 in room 116. You can bring in your own board game if you wish or some will be provided.
All pupils who are not attending a trip or an in-school event will need to come in to school and attend their lessons as normal.
