Marwell Trip Refund

Year 7 Marwell Zoo Trip on April 1^st – it is with regret that we have to obviously cancel this trip. The process to refund monies can take many weeks, however, with different agencies also closed at present, this process will take longer than normal.

To enable the monies to be refunded, can you please email [email protected] with an email titled ‘Marwell Zoo Trip Refund’, containing:

1 – the full name of your child, and

2 – an electronic copy of the receipt you received from SCOPAY when you paid the £14 for the trip, and

3 – include the last 4 digits of the card you used to pay the money.
