This week the infant children walked to St Nicholas Church for our annual Harvest Festival Service. We were welcomed to the Church by Reverend Samantha before we took part in the singing of our Harvest Calypso song. The children were incredibly generous in bringing in a donation of food to help people who are less fortunate than ourselves and the visitor from the Portsmouth Food Bank was overwhelmed by our kindness. Pride of place in our food display went to the beautiful Harvest loaf that was created by Ada Feltham (Octopus Class) and her dad. Reverend Samantha was so impressed with this that she asked to keep it to show her congregation this Sunday. Thank you to all of the parents and families who sent in donations for the Harvest Festival – we really appreciate your support.
