World Book Day

Mayfield celebrated it's World Book Day despite the chilly weather today. Students in our Primary section celebrated the idea of 'sharing a story' by wearing cosy pajamas and taking part in group activities. Senior students have been competing in tutor competitions and resilience quizzes to show off their knowledge of books. The staff have also gone to extra lengths dressing up as book characters to share their favourite stories with students. All students have received a World Book Day token which can be exchanged for discounted books and audio books.
