Sapphire’s Act of Generosity

One of the values that we aim to foster in the Primary Section is being kind to others who are less fortunate than ourselves. 

We are very proud of Sapphire Tatum in Year 1 Turtles class who has recently raised over £500 for charity by having her hair cut off in support of the Little Princess Trust, a charity who provide wigs for children with cancer.  Sapphire donated 12 inches of her hair so that this could be made into a long wig.  The photos below show Sapphire before and after her act of generosity and here is a link to Sapphire’s Just Giving page if you wish to donate.
