Year 3 meet Cressida Cowell

A group of Year 3 pupils had an amazing experience on a trip to meet the author Cressida Cowell at the Pyramids Centre on Wednesday. Twelve children were selected to go on the trip as a reward for making outstanding progress with their English last year. The children listened to a talk from the author of the ‘How To Train Your Dragon’ series before having the chance to meet Cressida Cowell and get a signed copy of her new book. As ever, the children were all excellent ambassadors for Mayfield.
