Safeguarding

Mayfield School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and requires all staff, volunteers and visitors to share this commitment.

If you are concerned about the safety of a primary child in our school, you must report this to the Primary Designated Safeguarding Lead, Miss R Osborne.

If you are concerned about the safety of a senior child in our school, you must report this to the Senior Designated Safeguarding Lead, Mr M Cathie.

If you ever have cause to become concerned about the conduct of a member of staff or a volunteer in our school, you must contact the Headteacher, Mr A Howard.

Everybody has a responsibility to keep children under the age of 18 safe and this applies to the home and school environment. Information on how you can support your child to stay safe online can be found here.
