Relational Practice
Mayfield prides itself on building relationships between students, staff, and families.
Relational and Restorative Practice is the explicit building, maintaining and repairing of relationships which ensures all members of Mayfield school feel included. We strive to know each other well and make sure all are heard and valued.
High challenge and high support are fundamental to this approach, all members of the community understand their responsibilities and play their part, whilst individual needs are understood and met so that everyone has the opportunities they need to be successful.
