We are seeking to appoint a qualified teacher to act as the Lead Teacher for Alternative Provision, working with senior section pupils who are unable to access mainstream classroom provision.  The successful candidate will manage a programme of alternative provision for pupils with identified emotional, social and/or behavioural needs in our Reflection and Refocus provision.  They will provide support for pupils returning to school following suspension and help to provide a supported reintegration to mainstream learning, developing an understanding of the specific needs of the pupils and establishing supportive relationships with them.

The successful candidate will work with a dedicated, and growing, team of support the development of our (relatively) new provision.

Salary: MPR/UPR (£25,714 to £41,604) + TLR 2b (£4,768)
