Payments for Breakfast and Teatime Club

The booking system and invoicing for Breakfast and Teatime Club is managed by Mr Danny Backhouse in the Finance Office who can be contacted on BackhouseD@mayfield.portsmouth.sch.uk

Parents will be invoiced at the end of each month for the sessions that they have booked.  Parents will be charged for the sessions that they book regardless of whether the child uses the session or not.  We are able to accept childcare vouchers from most providers as payment for this facility.

Invoices should be paid within 7 days and the school reserves the right to not accept bookings from parents who fall into arrears.
